refunds & returns

At Sugarberry Bakes, we are committed to delivering exceptional products. However, we understand that there may be rare instances when you may not be fully satisfied with your order. Please take a moment to review our refund policy to ensure a smooth resolution.

Notification and Return: If you find yourself unhappy with your order or purchase when picking up or within 24 hours of pick-up on working days, please promptly notify us of your concern. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your complete order to us.

  1. Cancellations made within 14 days of the ready date are not eligible for a refund. Deposit/payment can be applied as a credit toward a new order or reschedule.

 

Refund Process: Refunds will only be issued when the entire order is returned. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds; instead, we offer store credit.

 

Handling and Transportation: Once your order leaves our premises, Sugarberry Bakes cannot assume responsibility for any damages incurred during transport, set-up, or thereafter. Our associates will provide you with instructions on how to handle, transport, and store your order upon pick-up. In the absence of these instructions, please feel free to ask for guidance. It's important to handle our desserts with care to prevent issues such as cracks, smudges, or melted frosting.

 

Refund Eligibility: We adhere to the following refund policies:

  1. Full refunds requested after the order has been accepted and picked up will not be granted.

  2. A partial refund in the form of store credit may be considered if the product fails to meet our quality standards. To qualify, the order must be returned to us within 24 hours of pick-up. Please promptly contact us to report any issues. Quality assessment is at the discretion of Sugarberry Bake.

  3. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for orders that have already been consumed. Store credit will be determined based on factors such as how quickly the order is returned, the amount consumed, and the quality assessment. Store credits will not be provided to customers who fail to contact us within 24 hours.

 

Special Orders: Unclaimed special orders will not be eligible for refunds.

 

Designer Error: In the event that the order does not meet your expectations due to a designer error, we may provide a partial refund in the form of store credit (minus the 50% deposit). Please note that this refund will only be granted if you refuse to "accept" the order. We do not negotiate partial refunds if the order is kept. This policy is non-negotiable, and we are not responsible for any expenses you may incur for replacing our desserts.

 

Other Circumstances: Refunds are not granted under any other circumstances. Any changes or alternative resolutions are solely at the discretion of Sugarberry Bakes.
