our policy

order terms & conditions

  1. Any changes to the original order made within 1 week of your pick-up date are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges which will be determined at the time of change request.

  2. SugarBerry Bakes is not responsible for any damage to the order once the order is in your possession.

  3. SugarBerry Bakes reserves the right to capture and use photograph(s) or video taken of your cookies for display and promotional purposes without any compensation to you.

  4. Reservation for your order is only guaranteed once a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is received within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, your order is not booked and availability for your date is no longer guaranteed. When availability allows, orders placed less than 2 weeks from the pick-up date require full payment to book. Balance is due before pick up or delivery.

  5. Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to your pick-up/delivery date and a refund will be issued (less the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations made within 14 days of the ready date are not eligible for a refund. Deposit/payment can be applied as a credit toward a new order or reschedule.

  6. All delivery costs incurred must be paid in full by the purchaser before the set due date. No payment means the delivery will not be shipped

  7. **Please note that sugarberry bakes operates as a home kitchen. We are dedicated to delivering delicious, homemade baked goods prepared with care and attention to quality. Our products are crafted in a home kitchen environment, which may not be subject to the same regulations as commercial food establishments. While we prioritize food safety and cleanliness, we want you to know that our operations occur in a residential setting.

pick up policy

  1. There will be a 1-hour window for your pick-up. For example, if you are scheduled to pick up at 1:00 p.m., your order will be available from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. If you running late or cannot make it during your scheduled time, please contact us immediately so that we can reschedule your pick-up.

  2. If there is no communication, the pick-up will be rescheduled to the next availability and a $25 late fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before your order will be released to you. If there is no call and you do not arrive during the designated period. The late fee will be added.
